Top tip - How to scroll back or forward through a lesson
When using our course, you can 'replay' audio files, and move forward through the course.
However, you can also go 'back' to a previous screen in any lesson - or 'fast forward' to a later screen.
To do this, you click and drag the slider in the navigation bar at the bottom right of the screen - you can see it in the image here, highlighted in red.
Dragging this slider moves you backwards and forwards through the course, so you can skip to the content you want to see. Try it out!
