Yes, it is very frustrating. Apple haven't indicated when a fix might be released, so we just have to sit and wait and hope it's soon. Having said that, according to wikipedia, we can expect iOS 5.1 on March 9th. I'm really not sure how accurate that date is, or if the release will fix the lyrics issue on iPad.

The lyrics still work on iPhone and iPod, and can also be viewed on Mac or PC.

I am having this problem with ipad. The lyrics show in itunes but will not sync to my ipad. This is very annoying, especially when i already had the books and cds.

We've discovered that iPads running the latest iPad system update (iOS 5) will not display the lyrics from our Buntús Cainte MP3 course.

This appears to be a bug in Apple's update and is affecting not just Buntús Cainte, but any file that uses the lyrics function.

Right now we're waiting to see when Apple will release an update to fix this problem - as are many other iPad users.

In the meantime, the course still works just fine on iPhone, iPod Touch and iPod classic, as well as working on PC and Mac media players.
