Make sure you get advice from someone who is fluent in Irish as you might be stuck with the wrong tatoo for a very long time.

Already you have been given incorrect Irish on this forum.so be very careful as most people here on this forum are learners.

To Be honest there is nothing gramatically wrong with this and it seems to fit the context so i can see nothing wrong with it. I think it depends on the person. Although Téann Cách Abhaile is exactly what you want to say, it's more accurate than my own translation. I think i try to avoid direct translations for some reason.

I have tried to think of a number of ways to this in the proper context.

You could say;

'Ná Fágtar Éinne' - this would tranlsate as 'may no-one be left behind'

I don't know if this is close enough to what you want to say or not to be honesr, i hope it helps.

I am an Irish firefighter in need of help. Wishing to honor those who have, do, and will serve their communities, I need the Irish Gaelic translation for the English phrase: “Everyone Goes Home.” This will be used in a tattoo, so accuracy is needed.
